Shipping & Returns

Once you have placed your order, please allow 2-3 business days for us to prepare your HIVE’TIQUE letter board for shipment. We aim to deliver within 3 days of the shipment date. During busy periods, such as Christmas or during promotions, these times may be extended slightly, although we will make every effort to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

We advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt.

We hope that you will be completely happy with your HIVE’TIQUE purchase, but if not simply email us within 24 hours of receipt ( so that we can arrange for the item(s) to be returned. Items should be returned in their original packaging and condition (including unused letter set) for a full refund. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use registered post as we cannot be liable for goods not returned to us. Return shipping charges will only be refunded in the case of damage or defect. Please be aware that the maximum amount we can refund you is the standard Royal Mail recorded delivery cost. We cannot refund the excess cost of parcels returned to us via courier or next day delivery. We will process your refund as soon as we receive your parcel.



Please allow up to 10 business days for international delivery. Shipping costs will vary depending on the weight of your order and the destination of your delivery, and costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page. International shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities and to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We suggest you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Due to the costs involved with shipping our boards internationally, we are not currently able to offer returns on international orders.
